The ArtAID “Never Forget” banner created by the artist Keith De Cesare, bearing the names of all those who perished at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 was seen yesterday in Plymouth, England, while Ambassador Johnson visited the impressive U.S. Navy ship the USS NEW YORK (LPD 21). The ship is currently at HM Naval Base Devonport in Plymouth after taking part in NATO exercise Trident Juncture.
She is built with 7 1/2 tons of steel recovered from the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers. It’s motto – “Strength forged through sacrifice. Never Forget”.
